FiiO FF5 Carbon Dynamic Driver In-ear Earphones with MMCX Cable & Alumium Shell

Featuring a specially-developed large 14.2mm dynamic driver, PU gasket + carbon-based diaphragm driver, and extended bass acoustic resistance pipes, the FF5 is designed to deliver a live soundstage with sufficient subbass, lush vocals, and clear treble. The driver construction minimizes non-linear distortion, resulting in quick transients and excellent treble resolution. FiiO’s unique acoustic resistance pipes help to increase and extend bass response, allowing for more extended and well-textured bass.

The FF5 also features a diffuse open design with an acoustic damping device that reduces unwanted internal reflections and standing waves, resulting in purer sound and improved bass response. The Litz braiding reduces the skin effect and enhances conductivity, leading to significantly improved treble resolution. The frequency range of the female voice is carefully represented, with an emphasis on female vocals.

The FF5's cable is designed for playability, featuring a standard 4-stranded 392 wires total silver-plated monocrystalline copper cable to reduce the skin effect and improve treble resolution. It adopts the mmcx detachable cable design, allowing for easy cable replacement or experimentation with different materials. Additionally, it comes with 3.5/4.4mm headphone plugs, allowing for easy plug swapping to suitably match your source. Complimentary sponge pads and anti-slip silicone rings are also included to allow for sound adjustment and increased playability of the earphones.
